CHARACTERISTIC

The X 310 SV FFP3 R D filtering half mask consists of:

• multi-layer filter material: polypropylene

• a nose clip for formatting the half-mask within the nose;

• plastic exhaust valve;

• headband made of braided rubber threads;

• fastening of the headband made of plastic;

• inner liner, improving tightness and comfort of use.

 

 

 

The half mask is designed in such a way that it is easy to breathe in it during the entire work shift. Due to the anatomical shape, the nose clip and the foam underneath, the half mask is easy to adjust for most face shapes to ensure the necessary tightness.

 

 

 

DESTINY

The X 310 SV FFP3 RD filtering half-mask is designed to protect the respiratory system against solid particle aerosols, water-based aerosols (dust, smoke) and aerosols with liquid dispersed phase (mists) for which TLV is ≤0.05 mg / m3 as long as the concentration dispersed phase does not exceed 30 x TLV.

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

OXYLINE half masks are compatible with:

• the European harmonized standard PN-EN 149 + A1: 2009 (EN 149: 2001 + A1: 2009) "Respiratory protective equipment - Filtering half masks for protection against particles. Requirements, testing, marking ";

• the relevant requirements of the EU harmonization legislation: Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016. on personal protective equipment and repealing Council Directive 89/686 / EEC.

 

 

 

USE:

1. Before putting on the mask, pre-shape the nose clip by tightening it, which improves the later fit of the mask to the face.

2. Place the face-piece over the mouth and nose.

3. Put on the headbands so that the lower band covers the neck below the ear and the upper one goes over the back of the head above the ear.

4. Adjust the preformed nose clip to ensure a seal.

5. Check the correctness of the assumption; put your hands on and hold the canopy; blow the air out strongly; in case of leakage, adjust the position of the canopy, nose clip or headband.

6. Shelf life of 60 months. Expiry date placed on the product.

 

 

 

ADJUSTING THE LENGTH OF THE HEADBAND:

Coarse length adjustment - pass the belt between the fixing hooks as shown in Figure 2. You can shift the belt several times to significantly reduce the length. To extend the strap again, remove the additional tab from the hooks. Fine adjustment - wind or unwind the tape around the individual fixing hooks - Figure 3.

 

 

 

DISINFECTION:

The half-mask may be used for more than one 8-hour working shift by the same employee, provided that it is not worn or damaged, and provided that disinfection has been performed. Disinfection is performed immediately after use, after a working shift, by spraying with a disinfecting liquid intended for filtering half-masks (1-2 showers) or wiping the inside of the half-mask with a wipe soaked in pure ethyl alcohol.
